Cancellation policy

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to please call the practice at least 4 hours prior to the booked time.

This notice is required so we have enough time to schedule in another patient.

Please be advised that a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged by the Doctor if you fail to arrive or provide the required notice for a Standard consultation, or $100 for a Long/Extended/Prolonged consultation.
